The Access Center

The Access Center proposes that access to the general education curriculum occurs when students with disabilities are actively engaged in learning the content and skills that define the general education curriculum.  This link will take you to the Reading section of their site where the following content sections are located:

  • Briefs - short discussions on a topic, often with examples, and supported by research
  • Presentations – PowerPoint files or video clips from presentations affiliated with Access Center, also includes relevant handouts
  • Links – External links to resources and information
